Everyone goes through events and situations in their life that takes them off course from "things" that are important and yet we take for granted that they should be a priority.- that was me.
I have decided to enter the world of psychology known as "health education". Many interesting and beneficial information are being learned and I will be sharing them in this blog.
Some might walk away with the impression – “Oh, you’re going to die if you take another bite of that french fry” or - “If I eat those fries, I better walk/run another mile”
One thing that is constant physical activity (at any intensity), healthy eating & sedentary lifestyle does lots – lots - lots more than make you look good/bad.
